How is an in-class member different than an active member?
An in-class member participates in all FCCLA activities that are integrated into the FCS classroom. The Cherokee FCCLA Chapter is intra-curricular, meaning that FCCLA activities are used to enhance instruction in the classroom. In-class members do not have the opportunity to participate in any out-of-class activities including social events, leadership conferences, community service opportunities, competitive events, or travel opportunities.
